Short answer: Myrmekes provides the customer-facing commercial, advisory and coordination layer. Cantel Computer Services delivers support and professional services in the UK. Outside the UK, delivery is provided through approved partners, with vendor, country, response, parts and travel coverage confirmed for each engagement.
Which credentials belong to whom?
ISO 9001:2015 and Certified B Corporation status belong to Cantel Computer Services Ltd, not Myrmekes Ltd. They are shown because Cantel is the UK delivery partner for the services described on this website.

Current insurance evidence and applicable limits are supplied during due diligence and contracting. The quotation and statement of work remain authoritative for the insured activity, supported equipment, delivery geography, service level, inclusions and exclusions.
UK delivery
Cantel's UK delivery network comprises 66 field engineers across six regional depots: Newark-upon-Trent, Leeds, Croydon, Glasgow, Belfast and Bristol. Availability for a specific model and response is confirmed only after assessment.
International delivery
Cantel does not directly deliver every overseas engagement. Outside the UK, services are delivered through approved partners and affiliates. Myrmekes will confirm the delivery party, country coverage, vendor capability, parts plan, travel assumptions and escalation route for the proposed engagement.
